The 2025 School Improvement Conference will explore the practical application of the principles introduced last year in CST’s conceptual model of trust-led school improvement. Moving from theory to practice will delve into the real-world evidence collected through the School Improvement Hub – evidence that illuminates how trusts can most effectively drive improvement across their schools.
