Jonny has held director positions at Accenture and BCS Consulting and is also former CEO & Chair of the Peter Jones Foundation. Jonny has been listed as one of the UK’s leading social entrepreneurs.

Chris is the former CEO of The Brilliant Club and launched the consulting model which has developed to become ImpactEd Consulting. He is a trustee at the Delta Academies Trust and Get Further.

Elin is the former Managing Director of communications and government relations agency PLMR, and was a Director at Jamie Oliver's campaigning charity, Bite Back. She sits on the Board of Inspiration Trust and The Together Project.

Hayley has worked in a variety of roles within the education sector including product development, curriculum management and operations. As well as her role as ED, she is also Director of Operations.

Owen is the Managing Director of ImpactEd Evaluation and previously led research & evaluation projects at the Brilliant Club. He has won a Teach First Innovation Award & an FEA Scaling Award.

Steph has been working with and in schools for over a decade. First, as a science teacher in the North East of England, then at The Brilliant Club where she was Director of School Partnerships.

Hayley has a varied background in education, having worked as a teacher, at an Edtech start up and at an education charity. As well as her role as ED, she is also Finance Director.

Rajbir has experience as a researcher, Assistant Professor in HE & leader of a social enterprise incubator working across the world. She is a certified HR Manager & Change Management Practitioner.

Kristy has over 10 years experience across the education and impact sectors, starting at ImpactEd in 2020. She previously worked as a teacher in Singapore, a researcher for an educational publisher and a consultant in research impact.

Maddy brings experience as Director of Fundraising for Future Frontiers, developing fundraising at The Brilliant Club and as a Trustee for Boxing Futures. She holds a PGCert in Philanthropic Studies.

Lucy has 10 years' experience in school partnerships, edtech and evaluating school programmes through working in widening participation and as Programme Director at Learning with Parents.

Holly was an English teacher before working at Teach First to deliver their Leadership Development Programme across the North West. She also has experience in social & economic research consultancy.

Charlie has over 12 years' experience across a wide range of educational organisations including teaching in the UK and overseas and school partnership management related to skills and apprenticeships

Robert joins Impact Ed from Now Teach where he helped over 1000 people change career to teach. He is CIM qualified and has worked with brands such as Teach First and Oasis Community Learning.

Beth has worked at The Brilliant Club and for the Children's Commissioner for Wales conducting research & workshops on Children's Rights. She has recently completed a Masters in Human Rights.

Alex worked with the Institute of Physics' on integrating research into classroom practice. He is currently finishing a PhD in Philosophy of Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.

Zoë has recently graduated with an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Sussex. Before this, she studied Psychology, focusing on self-affirmation research in higher education.

Tabitha has worked as a Project Worker for a children’s rights organisation, striving to improve the quality of children's and young people’s lives while ensuring they are seen and heard.

Sam has been a copywriter, barista and has now found his calling as a developer. He has worked in mobility, and is focused on building tech that really works for people.

Thaïs has 6 years experience working with children & young people of all ages and has also worked in behavioural research as part of a small team responsible for delivering a prominent study.

Deepta is an education specialist with 4 years experience in education research & practice in the 3rd sector. She holds an MSc in Comparative & International Education and an MA in Development Studies

Tom has worked & consulted on data science & analytics with Facebook, Rolls Royce & Bupa. Recently he’s built prototype projects using Open AI’s API to explore what’s possible in latest AI technology.

Emily has 8 years' experience as a teacher and HoD and before joining ImpactEd Group, she was the Practice Development Lead, supporting Early Career Teachers to develop their practice with Teach First

Tom has over 10 years experience using data to inform & inspire those who work to make a difference to young people. He has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and a Winston Churchill Fellowship.

Sarah retrained as a web developer following a career in publishing and animation. Sarah has worked as a software engineer & technical lead for a digital consultancy and an online learning platform.

Matt has 16 years experience as a software engineer and teaches programming to primary pupils. He has worked as a public sector consultant to the Ministry of Justice & Hackney Borough Council.

Jennie retrained as a software developer inspired by the possibilities of tech for good. Prior to this, she was a fundraising & events manager and spent over 10 years in the charity sector.

Mal has worked as a software developer in the education sector for many years. Alongside their work at TEP, they are also the lead developer for the Chartered College of Teaching.

Ciara has experience as a French & Spanish teacher & a School Onboarding Manager for Third Space Learning where she delivered Maths interventions to primary children in disadvantaged areas of the UK.

John worked in primary schools for 8 years as a classroom teacher, subject lead & head of department. Before that he worked for international charity VSO as an Education Programme Development Manager.

Nina is a UCL Psychology graduate with a passion for alternative teaching methods, such as experiential learning techniques. Prior to joining ImpactEd, Nina worked for two years in academia.

Lauren has a background as a Primary School Teacher, Tutor & Early Years Curriculum Leader. Prior to joining ImpactEd Lauren took a year out to travel the world and teach English to students overseas.

Charlotte studied Philosophy at KCL and tutored Maths, English and 11+ across Islington & Bromley. She has a background in delivering coding & robotics programmes in schools and in FinTech.

Dani has over 14 years experience working primary education as a classroom teacher, head of department and SENDCo. She has led whole-school approaches to social and emotional health in children.

Rosie has 5 years' experience as a teacher and head of department in inner-city London Schools and before this she completed an MSc in Social Policy and Social Research at the Institute of Education.

Charlotte has a background in teaching, pastoral support & education project management. She is passionate about social mobility & is pursuing an MA Education & Social Justice at Lancaster University.

Lena advises senior leadership teams throughout the operating model design process whilst focusing on creating positive and inclusive work environments. She previously led the Centre for Public Impact

Nathan developed policy in central government departments for 10 years, was Programme Director for the National Citizen Service, was part of the founding team at Frontline & CEO of The Access Project.

John Jerrim is Professor of Education and Social Statistics, and is Director of the Quantitative Social Science research centre at IOE

John is Director of Grants at Peter Cundill Foundation & was the founder of PEAS network of schools in Africa providing high-quality education to children who otherwise would struggle to go to school.

Devaki has extensive Board level experience within tech-based start-ups & scale-ups & has recently been recognised as one of the top 50 women in European tech by InspiringFifty Europe.

Mark has over 20 years' experience working at the highest level of the Edtech sector, both in the UK and internationally & recipient of the Software Information Industry Life Time Achievement Award.

Pat is the Chief People Officer at Send and former VP People & Operations at MetomicGlobal. He was recognised as an OUTstanding and Yahoo! Finance Top 100 LGBT+ Executive globally.

Anuprita is a management consultant with experience in the financial services sector and expertise in Operational Risk Management and Governance.

Sue has held directorships at the Brilliant Club, DfE & Future and Teaching Leaders. She is the Chair of the South London Teaching School Hub & Charles Dickens Research School.

Russell is CEO of Teach First and former General Secretary of the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT). He was appointed CBE in 2022 for his services to education.
