ImpactEd Group to Support EEF as Capability Building Partner

We're pleased to announce our partnership with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) to deliver capability-building support for scaling evidence-based education programmes. This work, part of the Department for Education’s (DfE) Accelerator Fund initiative, focuses on equipping organisations with the tools and strategies needed to address common challenges in scaling educational interventions.

The Accelerator Fund enables EEF to support programmes with prior evidence of impact to reach more schools and settings while maintaining quality delivery. As part of this initiative, ImpactEd Group will work closely with EEF to provide tailored support to grantees in the 2024/25 academic year. This includes:

·      Business Models for Organisational Growth: Developing strategies for financial sustainability, scaling plans, and staffing models to support long-term growth.

·      Programmatic Delivery Models: Creating approaches that enable schools and nurseries to sustain the benefits of a programme after the core delivery period has ended.

·      Marketing the Programme: Enhancing recruitment strategies by understanding target audiences and refining messaging and engagement approaches.

·      Moving Elements of the Programme Online: Supporting organisations to transition components of their delivery to online formats without compromising quality.

·      Using Technology to Support Scale: Streamlining processes, such as recruitment and programme monitoring, through effective use of technology.

By addressing these priority areas, ImpactEd Group aims to support programme teams in navigating the complexities of scaling while ensuring that evidence-based practices continue to deliver meaningful impact for pupils and schools.

Dr Rajbir Hazelwood, "Our work with EEF is grounded in a shared belief that sustainability is the key to meaningful impact. Our partnership is about more than scaling programmes; it’s about nurturing organisations to be resilient and impactful in the long run, ensuring they continue to make a difference in schools and communities for years to come."

Amy Clark, Head of Programme Development and Scale-up at EEF, ‘We are delighted to be working with ImpactEd Consulting on this critical scheme to support EEF evaluated programmes to scale and benefit more settings and children. We expect this work to support the reach of evidenced programmes during Accelerator Fund, and have a long lasting legacy beyond the fund period.’
